Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

  3. Ship the Item: Return the package to the address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our warehouse team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that a $20 restocking fee applies and customer will be responsible to cover return shipping cost .

Exceptions

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or personalized goods. For these types of items, all sales are considered final unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
