Welcome to Baby Cot Mobiles. We ship Australia-wide and aim to process every order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing or delivery may take slightly longer than usual. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier networks, public holidays, weather, or remote delivery locations.

Damaged Items

We carefully pack our baby mobiles, cot mobiles and accessories before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Once we review the photos and confirm the damage, we can arrange a replacement for the damaged item where appropriate.

Please keep the original packaging and damaged product until the issue has been resolved.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
